ElizabethPARKES(Liz) Bill and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their incredible kindness and support during the recent sad loss of Liz. Our sincere thanks also to the staff of James Cook University Hospital and Allied Carers (Barbara and Natalie), to Teesside Hospice, doctors, nurses, staff and district nurses (Denise March), our eternal gratitude, also to Garry Savage (Relphs) and the Rev.
